Terms of Service

Sayso is a research panel operated by PickFu, Inc. (“Sayso”, “we”, “us”). Companies bring us questions; you answer the ones that match your profile, and you earn money for answers that pass our quality review. These terms govern your panelist account and your participation in surveys. By creating an account you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.

To have a Sayso account you must:

• be at least 18 years old;
• maintain only one account, as yourself;
• provide accurate profile information and keep it accurate as it changes.

Sayso is currently open to residents of the United States. We may expand to other countries over time.

You sign in through our authentication provider using Google, Apple, or an email and password. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in method secure and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us right away at [email protected] if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.

We match surveys to you based on the profile information you have shared. When a survey matches, you can claim it; a claimed survey reserves a spot for you for a limited window, and if you do not finish within that window the spot is released to someone else. Surveys can fill up or close early, and we do not guarantee any particular volume of surveys, earnings, or availability.

Each survey shows its reward before you start. Your reward is credited to your balance once your answer clears a quick quality check. Answers that fail quality review — for example, failing an attention check or giving an answer unrelated to the question — do not earn the reward. Screener questions that end a survey early, and claims that expire unfinished, do not earn a reward either.

Rewards are a thank-you for participation in research. Participating in Sayso does not make you an employee, contractor, or agent of PickFu, Inc., and rewards are not wages.

You can redeem your available balance through our payout partner once it reaches the minimum shown on your earnings page. Payouts are subject to per-payout and daily limits, also shown in the app. We may ask you to verify your identity or other account details before or after a payout when we need to protect the panel from fraud.

You are responsible for any taxes that apply to rewards you receive.

The panel only works if answers come from real people being themselves. You agree not to:

• create or operate more than one account;
• misrepresent who you are, where you live, or any profile answer in order to qualify for surveys;
• use bots, scripts, AI tools, or any form of automation to answer surveys;
• share, sell, or transfer your account;
• attempt to manipulate, probe, or disrupt the service, other panelists, or our customers.

If we determine that an account has breached these rules, we may suspend or close it, and we may withhold balances that were obtained through the breach. Rewards you earned honestly remain yours.

You own your answers. By submitting an answer, you grant PickFu, Inc. and the customer who asked the question a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and analyze it for their research and business purposes. Answers are shared with customers together with relevant demographic context, but not with your name or contact details. Do not include personal information you would not want shared in the text of an answer.

You can delete your account at any time from your settings. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, that we reasonably believe to be fraudulent, or that are required to be closed by law. If your account is closed for a breach, section 7 governs your balance; if you simply delete your account, cash out your available balance first — a deleted account’s balance cannot be redeemed later.

Sayso is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, and our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these terms or the service is limited to the greater of one hundred dollars ($100) or the amount in your account balance at the time of the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at [email protected] and give us 30 days to work it out with you informally. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.

We may update these terms as the service evolves. If a change meaningfully affects your rights or earnings, we will notify you by email or in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use Sayso after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
